Suzhou Huitong Plastic Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company registered on Nov. 28th, 2002. Situated in Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province of China, our company enjoys a favorable location and convenient transportation access.
With a standard factory and many offices, our company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with the main factory occupying a ground space of 20,000 square meters. Our register capital is USD1,500,000. Referring to equipment, our company uses injection molding machines of Haitian series with specifications from 58T to 1500T as a famous brand strategy to expand production, sales and service share. Moreover, we have standard CNC processing centers for tooling up mold and manual plastic coating (no dust) equipment for finished product assembly. All our efforts aim to provide our clients with our best quality services and satisfaction.
In order to guarantee normal production, we have introduced molding room equipment and professional talents for mould opening and repairing, so that our customers can save future troubles regarding mould repairing and modification. In addition, we are able to provide tooling machining services, featuring reasonable price and reliable quality, according to the requirements of our customers. We are engaged and experienced in the production of plastic parts, particularly for various home appliances, computers, office supplies and power tools. What's more, our company specializes in designing and making molds, including plastic molds, plastic injection molds and other relevant hardware series products. We can provide production and related auxiliary services of plastic parts especially for large and medium foreign-funded, solely-funded and private enterprises.
We are ISO9001 and ISO14001 (SGS) certified and have passed annual review. In compliance with quality management system, we have worked out standard and systematic control and management documents in terms of production process control, quality control and tool management.
